California Partnership Law

California's general partnership law is the Uniform Partnership Act of 1994 (UPA), which is part of the Corporations Code. For limited partnerships, see the Uniform Limited Partnership Act of 2008 . The UPA includes provisions regarding limited liability partnerships (LLPs).
